Overview
The landing screen for every signed-in user. It totals allocated, completed, in-progress, upcoming and overdue work across the stations you have access to, then plots the same set on a due-date calendar so a month of exposure is legible at a glance.
Step by step
Work through these in order the first time. After that, steps two to four are the daily loop.
Read the counters first
The five tiles across the top are the day in one line. Overdue is the number that matters: it counts allocated work whose due date has already passed. If it is climbing week on week, capacity — not process — is the problem.
Narrow to what you own
Set Station to the location you are responsible for, then Rolled out to in-house or provider. A station supervisor generally wants in-house only; a contract manager wants the provider view.
Click a status tile to filter
Selecting Overdue or In progress re-draws the calendar and the lists underneath against that status alone, so you can see whether a backlog is concentrated in one week or spread evenly.
Use the calendar to spot pile-ups
Each calendar cell shows how many work orders fall due that day. A day carrying three times its neighbours is a scheduling artefact — usually a PMI group whose start date bunched every asset onto the same date. Reschedule before the day arrives, not after.
Hand off into the detail modules
The dashboard answers "what is the state of things". Acting on it happens in Work orders and My day, which is where records are actually edited.
Notes from the field
Behaviour that is easy to miss from the interface alone.
