Privacy policy
What data RampWorks handles, why it is used, and how it is protected when the app is used for ground-support operations.

What we collect
RampWorks can store account details such as name, username, email address, role, station access, and provider company details. The app also stores operational records, including work orders, asset and station information, refuelling entries, inventory counts, checklist data, notes, and technician signatures where a work order requires acknowledgement.
How the data is used
The data is used to authenticate users, control role-based access, support maintenance and inspection workflows, record operational history, and generate reports for station and fleet management.
Sharing
RampWorks does not sell personal data. Information is used within the app to support authorised operations and can be viewed by people with the relevant workspace permissions.
Security
Traffic is protected with encrypted transport and passwords are handled securely by the backend. Access is limited by user role, station scope, and provider scope. The security page describes these controls in more detail.
Retention
Operational records are retained for as long as the workspace they belong to is active, because maintenance history is the evidence base for safety and compliance decisions. Retention periods beyond that are set by the organisation that owns the workspace, in line with its own record-keeping obligations.
This website
This public website is a static site. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising scripts, and does not collect personal information. The contact form composes a message in your own email client rather than submitting anything to a server.
Your choices
If you hold a RampWorks account, your workspace administrator can correct your account details, change your access, reset your password or remove your account. For requests your administrator cannot action, or for anything concerning how RampWorks itself handles data, contact us directly.
