Step by step
Work through these in order the first time. After that, steps two to four are the daily loop.
Set the period and scope before reading anything
Work-order date from and to, plus station and work type. Every chart on the page recalculates against those filters — a number quoted without its filters is meaningless.
Start with created versus completed
Eight months of both lines on one chart is the single most useful view in the platform. Completed tracking below created is a backlog forming, regardless of what the totals say.
Use status distribution to find the stall
A large Waiting materials slice is a supply problem; a large Awaiting approval slice is a process problem. They need different fixes, and the distribution tells you which one you have.
Cross-check fleet and safety
The fleet and safety tab is where repeat defects on the same asset become visible. An asset generating recurring defects is a renewal decision, not a maintenance one.
Export the pack
Executive overview PDF for the management report; detailed Excel where somebody will want to pivot the numbers themselves.

Exports carry the filters currently applied on screen, so narrow the view before exporting rather than trimming the spreadsheet afterwards.
