Daily health checks

The pre-use inspection, captured where the defect is found.

A per-asset daily inspection with a checklist drawn from the asset type, a serviceability outcome, and a direct path from a failed check to a work order — so a defect found at 6 am is a tracked job by 6.05 am.

What it does

  • Log a daily check against an asset by asset number or local GSE number
  • Asset-type-specific inspection checklists
  • Serviceable / unserviceable status with a free-text note
  • Defect date, linked work-order number and date-repaired tracking on the same record
  • Checked-by attribution and timestamp
  • Date, station and status filtered history
  • Monthly compliance reporting
