Fuel entries per asset, per day, with a matrix report behind them.
A deliberately short form so that logging a refuel takes seconds on the ramp, backed by a reporting view that turns those entries into an asset-by-date consumption matrix.
What it does
- Log a refuel against a registered asset by asset ID or local GSE number
- Record litres, or mark the tank filled where a volume was not read
- Date and station filtered history
- Asset-by-date matrix reports for a period
- Submitted-by and edited-by attribution with timestamps on every entry
